Clayton Diggs, the program's lead facilitator, has struck gold and wants to start a mining project near the town of Diggsville. But how can the competing needs of the company, the community and the environment be effectively met? Working in groups of 6 people, team members take on the role of various stakeholders and score points by completing a series of challenges.
